Is Your IFA Business Being Bad Mouthed?

We were recently talking to a financial services client about their online presence. They proudly showed us a Google search which returned their main site at number one and their dedicated broker site at number two. They were a little less happy when I pointed out that at number four was a press article which criticised their performance while at six was a forum post by an IFA written 8 years ago which was complaining about their service!

In truth the web is awash with information, good and bad, new and old, true or malicious, which can help or harm a business's brand. So what should finacial advisers do to monitor what people are saying about them?
