Time to take Mobile Seriously

The recent Post Magazine roundtable on ‘Mobile Technology’ is hopefully a sign that financial services is at long last beginning to pay attention to this critical communications tool.

Few digital technologies have had a greater impact on all our lives than mobile phones, indeed there are over 70 million mobiles in the UK, which is more than there are people. They are highly personal devices, and over 75% of us keep our phones within arms length for at least 16 hours per day.
